Resolved Question: Why is passaic nj more peaceful and funner than paterson?

i live in paterson and it"s boring and violent i hate it down here and passaic is quiet and fun because their"s parks and recreational centers i rarely hear about any crime happening their either but in paterson a lot of crime happens down here like shooting robberies and murders i also notice passaic is mostly hispanic and i rarely hear about crime their and paterson has a large population of blacks and i always hear about crime happening here.
